    I have been a customer of Big Blue Box for 2 years, I have had my account on auto renewal for that 2 years .
    I received a call that my account was 60 days behind. When I called they told me my card had declined for 2 months .
    But while I was on the phone with them it magically went through.
    I asked them to please give me a call or an email if something like that should happen again Liz the account receivables manager was absolutely the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever encountered in customer service.
    She continued to deny that it's something on their end. And when I asked why they wouldn't email or call me to let me know she told me I was yelling and being rude.

    The Big Blue Box located in New Brighton, MN was one of the best companies I have ever worked with!!!
    Everyone was very kind and helpful!
    Liz took care of me and gave me a great price and scheduled the delivery.
    Bud delivered the shipping container on time and placed it exactly where I asked it to be place, which was on the grass next to my driveway. He also showed me how to open and close the barn-style doors that lay flat against the sides of the container.
    I rented the 20' shipping container that I kept at my house while I had construction projects done. By having it at my house, I could easily load and unload items as needed.
    The container was very clean inside so I didn't bother putting plastic down on the flooring.
    No leaking at all during rain showers, winter snows or snow melting!
    There are protected air vents on the container so it never got too hot inside the container.
    When I was ready to return the container, Liz was able to schedule it for the next day!
    Darren arrived during the scheduled time to pick up the container. He was very kind too.
    I was actually very sad to see the container go!
    I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!!!
