      This place should be called dishonest 1.They originally charged me $250.00 dollars for a ac recharge but when a brought the car to the shop they went up to $480.00 .The vehicle is a **** Cadillac deville.At first they say they couldnt do the job because its wasnt converted over properly so, I was actually about to leave and try to find someone else that would do the work.Then they came back and said they can charge it another way but it would only be 95% so I said ok. They came back to me about 2hours later saying that they fully charged the vehicle and the compressor would not turn on ,but we all know that after putting freon in ,you can see if the compressor starts to turn so ,they new that it wasnt working but still tried charging the system so they can collect $400.00 dollars.Do yourselves a favor,dont spend your money with this rip off of a company. How do you go to a shop,Spend this kind off money and leave empty handed.Just ridiculous!!!!! .Just dishonest people period!!! I definitely will be reporting them to the BBB Forsure. !! I can imagine how many people this company rips off in a week just unbelievable!!!

      I took my truck to this shop because it wouldnt start and they misdiagnosed my vehicle. They told me it was my circuit box and it needed to be replaced. I was charged $922, got the truck back and it started when it wanted to. Now I had to put my foot on the brake to start my car but I didnt have to do that before I put it in Honest 1 Care hands. I had the car towed back so they can see why its still not starting after they claimed they fixed it. They charged me for a 2nd diagnostic and never told me they were doing this a 2nd time. After this I was told it was an oil change, spark plugs and fuel injection that all needs to be fixed so they can get it back running. However, these issues wasnt on the report for the first diagnostic. So I know they were playing a guessing game and was over charging me. If they didnt know what was wrong with my truck from the first diagnostic they should have said that and I could have took it to a different shop. I spent a total $1,162 and they didnt fix the problem. They need to change the name theres nothing honest about them. Im a very dissatisfied customer and dont recommend this shop to anybody.
