      October 18- 2023 they loaded the the scooter in my car and said it weighed 33# but that was a lie the book said 58#.When we got home I took the packing off and the scooter it would not start. It never started . I immediately put it back in the car and took it back.,same day. They said had to be repaired Oct 18th never to see it again. They said no idea when it would be repaired. We asked to have our money returned s ince we have basically never had it . She said we would have to pay for the return because it was now considered used. It is still in their possesion. She had no idea what they would charge.

      When I first got my cpap machine I discovered that it was used and came with the wrong hose ( was suppose to be heated) and the on/off button was dirty. I call corporate to complain but they kept putting me on hold and switching me to another person until I told them to have a manager contact me,( never happened) . Called again, same run around and still no one called.Now trying to get equipment and 3 weeks later called to find out what was the status and was told it was never processed. Cancel

      I reviewed the customers account. The serial # of his machine is ***********. I looked at the history of his machine. We purchased this machine on 12/14/2021. He was setup with this machine on 12/30/2021. This was a new in the box machine when he received it. It has been over a year and a half since he received this machine. I will call the customer to see what the issue is.

      I was released from the hospital on 05/15/23 with an Eclipse 5 portable oxygen machine from Corner Home Medical. As of today, 06/09/23, I have had 7 machines delivered to me since because they ALL have defects. *** spoken to a manager at the *********************** and he assured me that every machine returned was ran thru specific testing, not hours, but thoroughly and worked prior to leaving. We had our 6th machine delivered on Wednesday of this week and on Thursday exchanged it for number 7. They failed to provide and/or leave a car charger for the unit so the battery died in the car Thursday on my way to the cabin, 30 minutes out. When I got to the cabin I plugged it in immediately, turned it on and every faulty light on the machine lit up (yellow and red). It was providing me oxygen, finally, but after a while the yellow light went out and the red light started to flash and make a beeping sound. Are you kidding me? Why does ******** choose to use a company that literally could have caused my death by not providing me a car charger or a fully functional machine for the required oxygen I needed for 30 minutes? Why do techs tell me to not take it personal because this happens all the time, or that the company has to order a whole pallet at a time when they buy new and their warehouse isnt that big to store them and then of course there is the problem with the supply chain or the manufacture/company thinks they can run 24/7 and refurbish them and theyll be fine. I recorded how long it takes from starting the machine to the yellow light going out and the red light beeping and its a whole 7 minutes. So, customer service manager, not hours or anything but what you meant to say was not ten minutes or so?! Know that if I die due to lack of oxygen my family will own your company and be rich as h*** from your distributor and equipment supplier!

      Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We always send out a DC and AC charger with every unit we have. The customer originally received the Eclipse unit on 5/15/2023. The unit was exchanged on 5/19/23, 6/1/23, 6/6/23, 6/7/23, 6/12/23, and picked up on 7/3/23. The customer also has a 2nd oxygen machine that can be used in case of a malfunction with the portable unit which was delivered on 5/17/23.

      I researched every serial # the customer had and below is the results:

      GPB0922440247- unit was picked up on 5/19/23, unit was cleaned and passed all functionality tests on 5/15/23, 5/23/23, 5/30/23, 6/8/23, 6/12/23

      GPB0922160034- unit was delivered on 6/1/23, unit was clean and passed all functionality tests on 6/1/23 and 6/8/23

      GPB0918030091-unit was delivered on 6/7/23, unit was cleaned and passed all tests on 1/10/23 and 6/8/23

      GPB0923060174- this machine was picked up on 6/6/23, on 6/9/23 the unit was cleaned and passed all functionality tests.

      CBB0914411452- this machine was picked up on 6/12/23, on 6/13 unit was cleaned and passed all functionality tests. This unit also passed all functionality tests on 6/27/23 and 7/5/23.

      GPB0913360184- this machine was picked up on 7/3/23, on 7/5/23 unit was cleaned and passed all functionality tests.

      With any oxygen concentrator machine it can take anywhere from **** minutes for the machine to purify o2 and make the yellow light turn off. As for the issue the customer was having it could be multiple different scenarios as to why the machine would alarm during use.

      Corner Home Medical actually has a very large distribution warehouse, about ****** sq ft in New Hope. Believe it or not, there is a supply chain issue for many different medical supply products. For us to buy new Eclipse 5 machines can take anywhere from 2-6 months to receive our products after we place our order.

      From all the research looking into this issue, the main problem was charging the Eclipse 5 unit. The Red Light alarms were due to have a dead battery. This had to be an issue in the customers home and car as every single unit the customer had passed all functionality tests in our cleaning / testing processes.

      All equipment was picked up on 7/3/23 as the original Rx for the customer was only for 1 month.

      I have tried to order Ostomy supplies from Corner Home Medical, beginning August 1st and have not received my supplies. *** been told the order was taken and I will receive my supplies but almost a month has passed and I have not received them. I have spoken with people who transfer me to someone else and that person doesnt answer or return my calls. Twice Ive been transferred to a supervisor, *****, who hasnt returned any calls. ********** Blue Shield had a contract with Essentia Medical Equipment in ****** and Corner Home Medical purchased that business beginning August 1, 2022. I have had trouble locating a business that carries the specific supplies I need and that ********** Blue Shield has a contract with. These supplies are a necessity for me. Can you help me?

      I am sorry for the delay on this, I do understand that these items are very necessary for you to have. Corner Home Medical did purschase Essentia Home Medical as of August 1st. The software transition has not gone as planned and to this date is still not quite complete. During the first month of business we have been inundated with customers due to a letter they received just before August 1st about the sale of the business that was very confusing to many customers. 

      I will make sure to have someone reach out to you today to take care of this matter.

       I am rejecting this response because:  I could not wait 2 months for my Ostomy supplies and had to purchase them elsewhere.  I did get a call today from Corner Medical Supplies and they said they would send me my supplies, BUT they told me the same thing at least three times and I did not receive them.  I told them I would buy my supplies from another company.  This business is not dependable and their staff is incompetent.  Thank you for your help!
