    I had an issue with this company a few months back it required me to submit a complaint and have the BBB assist in getting an invoice adjusted. Since that interaction, the company has added my **** card to their ongoing membership program. I've been charged 3 times for services I should have only been changed 1 time. I have called twice and asked someone to remove me from the program and refund any amount they have taken (now totaling $35). they have not done this, and I won't call them a 3rd time to ask the same thing. Please help cancel this monthly service and refund the previous two months.

    Hi *****, I apologize for the delay. The refund was requested in our system on 1/10/25 but never made it to our accounting team. I have submitted the request to our team. You should see the refund in 1-2 days of $52.50 which is three months of our membership.

    12/02, 12/04 ******************* was to come out and perform a cleaning and pump install. They did, but our furnace was left inoperable overnight. In the morning, I called another company to fix the issue, as BLueOx had not done the job successfully.I was in touch with ****** and requested they adjust my invoice to cover the cost to have the second company come out and fix what they had "broke". I sent an invoice but have not heard back from ************, I messaged the guy I was in touch with Last week, *** *******, and He's being unhelpful and cryptic about the status of this. At this point, I should request a full refund. Please send help.
