      Said they would work with us and our home warrenty service before they preformed our service and was friendly and reassuring that they could file the claim with out home warrenty, then after the the service was preformed and the money was collected they refused to work with our home warrenty company, they emailed me stating it was " to confusing" and very batem said he wasn't going to waste his time trying to full out paperwork so we could get our reimbursement from the company so we ended up having to pay over 700 dollars our of pocket for a sump pump replacement. Also when i emailed and asked for a copy of the work report for the job they did we recieved absolutely no reply, I would never recommend a scam artist like this to anyone.
