    Update on January 28th. ***** is still dodging my calls and won't respond to any type of outreach. He is refusing to give me the equipment that I bought from ****** of 12/15 when I first wrote this review:***** said he could help me with getting a wifi mesh system set up for the farm I live on. He got everything hooked up around mid-September, and from day one, the system didn't work properly. I had ***** out here multiple times over the next two months, and nothing was ever resolved. Now it's been over three months with terrible internet, I am at a lost of $2700, ***** has been difficult to get a hold of, and whenever I do hear from him, all I get are excuses for why he doesn't have time to help me. He is making no attempts to make anything right with me or get my internet working correctly. I also priced out the equipment that he sold me and found out I could have purchased the same equipment for half the price that ***** charged me. Very unprofessional business practices. If you want to spend your money wisely, spend it with another business that will work harder to take care of you.December 17th, 2024 ***** came out and got half of my mesh system working properly, while we wait for a part that is on back order to get the other half ********** of January 2nd, 2025 he has informed me that the part was in before christmas, yet I never was contacted about getting the new part installed. It is now the evening of January 8th, 2025, with no contact from Trent.I will keep this review updated if ***** decides he wants to be a professional.
