    My family and I took a trip to ****************** last week and ***** did an amazing job getting us a great hotel with all that accommodations we needed! The beach was just around the corner and we were able to have tons of fun and make many wonderful memories! Our check-in/out was a breeze. We definitely look forward to having ***** help us book our future trips!

    A Game-Changer for My Travel—Sarah ***** is Outstanding!
    For years, I mistakenly believed that using a travel agent would add unnecessary costs to my trips. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Working with Sarah ***** has not only been cost-effective (her services add no extra fees), but she has also saved me countless hours and stress.
    On a recent business road trip to Boise, I decided to drive from Minnesota to see the sights rather than fly. Sarah was incredible—she found and booked hotels for me, often on the same day, making my journey smooth and worry-free.
    For another business trip to Florida, Sarah handled every detail: flights, rental car, and hotels. I had made this same trip myself a few months earlier, and Sarah’s expert planning didn’t cost me a penny more. The difference was remarkable—I was able to stay focused on work and enjoy peace of mind, knowing everything was taken care of.
    If you start using a travel agent you will wonder why you waited so long. Start with Sarah *****...you will never go back to booking your own trips.

    My husband & I took a trip to Japan & Hawaii this past March 2025 and used Sarah ***** as our travel agent. From preliminary planning to official planning, and even to backup planning while we were abroad, Sarah was exceptionally knowledgeable & on top of things. She was able to find us tours & excursions that checked every single box for what we were looking to experience. Originally our hosts in Japan took care of travel arrangements for our Japan experience, but when some plans fell through, Sarah assisted with last minute tours for our group of five. Even with the 14 hour time difference, Sarah was ALWAYS available to answer questions by phone, text, or email, and she was able to get us in on a tour at a moment’s notice.
    Sarah sent reminder emails (& texts) to sign waivers for excursions, contacted tour companies on our behalf with answers to questions the tour had for us (i.e. our weight for a private helicopter tour in Hawaii), & found us some fun things to do when we had some extra downtime. When we had difficulty paying for an excursion because the tour’s website was down, Sarah made the necessary phone calls for us so we weren’t inconvenienced. Wherever we went, Sarah was literally in our back pocket to utilize as a resource.
    My husband & I usually plan our own vacations - from where to stay & eat, to all of our excursions - but this trip was more complicated because we were dealing with a sick relative back home. We entrusted Sarah to help us before & during the trip so we could be more present with our family member. My husband & I are very happy with our decision because Sarah made the process hassle-free. Each time we take a big trip from here on out, we will continue to use Sarah as our travel agent. We are exceptionally impressed with her professionalism, timeliness, knowledge, and passion for helping people make the BEST of their vacation time. Everything we asked for, Sarah was able to find it. She goes above and beyond for her clients.
