    I would never use this service again. Mr. Zim was not involved in the project at all once he provided a proposal and did not respond to questions that we had at the beginning. He refused to provide an itemized bill when the work was completed and has been totally non responsive to our requests.
    We had questions on items that were charged and should not have been and he totally ignored text messages, phone calls and letters sent. We were overcharged for the project.

    Understand that we always go over everything with our customers, to make sure that you’re not only comfortable with the bid provided but understand it, for when we are reviewing the project bid with the homeowner, before signing the contract and any work that is to be done. We are always open to answering any questions or concerns you may have.
