  ***** start out great! Had contracts with him and was paid payments and down payments as agreed. The two contracts were paid in full and all work completed for kitchen and pole barn. *****, was give $2,000 down payment and $2,000 for supplies for the cabin. *****, went on vacation never started job for cabin and never purchased supplies. I did finally get him to refund $2,000 for down payment. He did not pay me back for $2,000 for supplies nor did he ever purchase supplies for job. So right now he still owes $2,000 back for cabin which was included in check for $8,860 6/28/23 and check $2,000 5/5/23 for cabin down-payment. I want him to refund me.

  It has been 2 1/2 years and my home improvement project is still not complete. We hired ***** Construction to replace siding, soffit, facia, gutters, gutter guards, doors, windows, stone work on front of house, electrical, lights, plumbing and cement work. Workers came sporadically and constantly had text to see when. Was told "small company" Workmanship was poor as siding would randomly fall off house, electrical installed improperly, plumbing needed repair after a year. ***** was installed in winter as I was told many times no problem, but when Spring came it was poorly done. Somehow this became my problem even after ***** admitted it did not look good. Cement work has cracked, gutter guards improperly installed. He would only show up after many attempts by me to get him here. He would write pages of repairs that needed to be done assure me they would be done in a timely manor and that he would supervise and inspect, but that never happened. His crew would ask me what I thought. Not my field. He always has excuses why and can sometimes be rude. My biggest mistake was to pay him in full before the job was done. Still waiting, last contact with him was a week ago of him telling me he'd let me know when he was coming to finish.
