      I bought luminaire blinds 12 years ago. A couple years ago one of the grandkids pulled on them and broke a clip that attaches to the rod. I put off repair until just recently when one of the cords frayed and broke. The panels were still in great shape so I decided to repair rather than replace. Bright Blinds was recommended by Viking Blinds where I had originally purchased the blinds. Upon initial contact I found out that ***** was recovering from knee surgery, but as soon as he was up and about he scheduled a free estimate visit. He came on time, was very friendly and courteous. He not only cleaned and repaired all the broken pieces, but also preventively replaced the other cord (I have 2 blinds) and didn't charge for labor on that one. I now have fully functioning and clean blinds all within a week's time!! They look and function like new for a very small fraction of the cost of replacing them. I would highly recommend ***** and Bright Blinds to anyone needing work done on their blinds.
