      My contractor ******** ******************************* in **********, **** used Lindsay Windows as one of their window suppliers. In January of 2022, we signed multiple contracts with ******** to completely renovate the exterior of our home; new roof, windows, siding, gutters, and exterior paint. The windows were ordered from Lindsay in February of 2022, which at that time had a three month lead-time. ******** ******************************* told ** that once they received the windows from Lindsay, the work on our house would take 2-3 weeks. Since the new windows were to be the first step, we planned for the renovation of our house to begin sometime in June of 2022 and be finished by July of 2022. The new roof was done in March of 2022. Then the months of torment began. After at least a half dozen broken delivery dates, our windows from Lindsay were not delivered to ******** until December of 2022. But the joy of finally receiving our nine windows from Lindsay was tempered by the fact that two of the windows were the wrong design and dimension, there was broken glass, peeling laminate, loose screens, and peeling exterior paint. To make the situation with Lindsay even more painful, the interior window trim manufacturer (also from *********) used the wrong stain match for our Lindsay windows. All the trim was unusable! To counter that mess, our contractor ******** had to purchase, cut, and stain all of the interior oak trim for our windows themselves. It took weeks for Lindsay (more broken promise dates) to correct their quality issues with replacement windows, new screens, etc.. But the issue with the exterior paint was not resolved until 6/5/2023, when ******** gave up on Lindsay and hired a painter to attempted to correct the peeling paint on four of the windows. These Lindsay windows supposedly have a lifetime warrant, but I suspect that only means they will fix the windows in your lifetime. So because of Lindsay Windows, our home renovation turned into 14 months of misery! *****

      I purchased a new construction home 17 months ago that has Lindsay Windows. One of the windows is coming appart at the top and there is an inch gap between the glass and the frame. I have tried to contact the Georgia location for a week by email and phone. I have called 7 times and never talked to a person, when I called today I could not leave a message, ******* the recording said that the system was full. I called the headquarters in ********* and after telling the person that answered what was going on she transfered me to the Georgai location, I got the same no answer and you can not leave a message. I called the headquarters back and got the same person again, I asked **** was my next option, she gave me an email address to send an email. I asked her what I needed to do if this did not work adn she did not reply other than good luck. It makes you feel very confident about a company when the only answer that you are given when you are having trouble contacting someone is good luck
