    Terrible customer service. I ordered replacement elements for my boiler and agreed to overnight shipping charges. Received the wrong part. Called them next day and they overnighted the correct parts to me. Got charged for both orders. Now just trying to get the incorrect part returned to them and my $200 refund. They answer their phones, but the appropriate person (John) will not call or email me back. Kind of bad how one person can ruin a company. Would not recommend doing business with them and don't think they will be in business long term to support the products their selling. I bought their products through Menards and plan to get with Menards and share my experience.

    Great people to deal with!! I had an issue over the weekend with with my Micro boiler and reached out to them, They answered the phone promptly (on the weekend mind you) and said bring the wall unit to them on monday so they can look at it. It's now Monday and I'm on my way home with a brand new unit.
