    Jeff ***** was extremely helpful. I called him about a puddle in the middle of our kitchen floor after turning on a knob thinking it was our outdoor water shut off knob. He assessed the situation and determined an old line for our old dishwasher was never capped during our remodel. He also found our outdoor shut off valve hidden away behind a vent cover in the basement ceiling (we never knew where it was for 6 years!!), and took a look at my leaking dishwasher. He gave his honest opinion and gave me quotes should we choose to have any thing maintenanced or replaced. He will be the only plumber I call from now on!
