    I selected J g Hause to be the contractor for my 5-20-2022 hail damage. It is now 15 months and they still have not replaced the siding on the east side on the house, not painted the deck and other smaller items that were damaged. For the last 2 month ***************** has not returned most for my calls. Now I am sure that ***************** will not pay 8% in cost increase because of waiting. A paito door window that had to be replaced they never responded. I had to find a companies for bids, schedule installation and pay the company.The roof replacement was ok, the gutter replacement - the contractor showed up without calling. The east side of the house is a mess and I am very tired of looking at it. **********************************

    I spoke with the homeowner, **********************  I explained that the delays in the project were due to his ***************** not approving the scope of work to be covered for over 8 months.  ********************* selected the color for the siding (as it was not going to match the rest of the house and the insurance company was not going to compensate him to match the rest of the home), we discovered that his selection was back ordered for over 8 weeks.  We had the order scheduled for delivery for July 17th, and installation scheduled for the 18th.  At this point, Mr. ************ has become frustrated with the delays despite them being out of our control and has asked to have his contract terminated.  As we did not breach the contract, we have offered to accommodate his request.  As for the work performed prior, we did a final walk-through when it was completed, and he signed off on it.  These frustrations communicated in his review were never brought to our attention during that walk through.
