    Tacheny delivered a beautiful new roof, siding, screened gutters, and downspouts as part of a hail damage claim. However, once the final stages of work arrived, the experience took a sharp downturn. Our original account *** left the company, and with that, several promised follow-ups were neglected.Heres what remains unresolved:- Nails and brackets continue to be found around the perimeter, creating a safety issue.- Touch-up paint for the fascia was promised but never completed.- Damage to the new siding from the gutter crew was supposed to be ***aired but wasnt.- A vent was supposed to be inspected for code compliance, yet no follow-up was done.- We were assured wed receive all relevant warranty information but never did.We scheduled a walkthrough with the new account manager, but they no-showed without any communication. Meanwhile, despite these outstanding issues, Tachenys finance department has ***eatedly pressured us for final payment, even though our insurers final check is contingent on the completion of the punch list. Instead of honoring their commitments, Tacheny claims the job is done and is pushing for payment without resolving these clear gaps in service - while also threatening liens.This is not the level of professionalism or customer care one should expect from a company of this ***utation. We need these issues addressedpromptly and professionally.

    The management team was just made aware of Taqee's complaint, so another walk around will be scheduled with Taqee and we will ensure Taqee signs off on the project, all city inspections have passed.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The broken window and lack of proper vinyl trim on north window is not included. And, I want to ensure the damages/solutions to problems they created are free of charge to me. Thank you.

    My previous response was rejected due to being too large. My project site supervisor met with *********************** on 09/20/2022, and is working out the small punch list items.  Downspouts and rolled roof repair is left to be done, dormer flash on rubber roof, kick out flash angled and small flap of rubber to be trimmed. This was a very big project and much work was done. The customer will not be getting a refund.

    Hello,

    There are still final items to take care, the project is not closed, and the customer has not been given a final invoice. The customer is only responsible to pay the contract pricing, rotted/bad wood or for any change orders. The glass company is scheduling the installation with ************. I did think the glass repair was done as this was originally to take place a few ago according to the project notes. This may cause some waves in the material as it conforms to the home.  We plan to be finished soon with all **************** concerns.

    Tacheny Exteriors is doing or has done all we can to make ************ happy with her project. Remodels are not new builds and although we strive for perfection, the home has settled over time and tend to take on another form other than perfectly straight.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    There are several open items to complete before I accept their response as follows: replacing a broken window, fixing drip guards on roof at front entry, finishing window trim on north window to match trim work on south windows, installation of downspouts and roll-top roof damage.
