    I was referred to Restoration Network by a trusted contractor to repair storm damage. Initially they seemed on top of things but communication dropped between teams and work was delayed multiple times. During the work proper precautions were not taken and there was water damage as a result as well as external property damage because the protection they had said they would do was not done. Additional work was identified as being needed which was to be billed to the When the work was finally done and the mortgage company came to inspect they found work that was billed for had not been completed and identified further damage that the workers had done. At this time the work is not complete, the additional work has not been billed to the insurance company and communication has staled, again

    If I could give them minus stars I would! They are the worst company that we have ever dealt with. Three project managers in a year and the work was still not completed. Sub contractor was hard to reach and damaged our floors and door framing. Nothing but excuses. We finally became our own Project Manager to get the work completed.

    I am extremely disappointed and feel completely misled by my experience with Restoration Network. From the beginning, I trusted them to be professionals in helping restore my property. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive due to several reasons:Poor Communication: Despite reaching out to them several times through e-mail to get work scheduled, our messages were met with either delayed responses or complete silence.Aggressive Payment Requests: While I understood that this service would have associated costs, the team started seeking substantial payments upfront, which we were not initially made aware of. Even after we were prepared to pay, they suddenly became unreachable, which we found both frustrating and deeply unprofessional.Unreasonable Lead Time: When we finally did manage to connect, we were told that if we werent willing to pay upfront right away, wed be looking at an 8 to 10-week lead time before any work could commence. This was neither reasonable nor acceptable, given the urgency of our situation.Final Straw Collections: The only consistent communication we received from Restoration Network was from someone attempting to collect money, despite the lack of any service rendered or timeline for when the work would be completed.In conclusion, I caution anyone considering using Restoration Network for their restoration needs. The lack of communication, aggressive payment requests, and the overall dismissive treatment we received was not only unprofessional but caused significant stress during an already challenging time.Please do your research and consider other more reliable and professional options before engaging with Restoration Network.
