    I bought orthotics on 8/19/2022. I have been back twice for severe foot pain from wearing the orthotics. Both times they said the ones I picked are the ones they sold me. I have tried the orthotics in multiple shoes including the ones from their store. I cant wear them at all. They hurt my feet to the point I can hardly walk on them. They are making my feet worse. I am not paying $1,500 to them for making my feet worse. I dont mind paying for the shoes since I have worn them or the special footbeds. I would like a refund on the orthotics. The total for the orthotics was $1,450.

    We work with clients to make sure they are in the best size possible, but there can be changes to the size or type of supports needed because our supports address bone structure but what can require changes are due to inflammation, hard muscles and tight ligaments. We do have a resize period of 60 days however some client require more time and we are not arbitrary on that time frame. We have "All Sales Final" policy but we also want all our customers satisfied.  We have reached out to ****** and will make sure she is satisfied.
