    All of her products look NOTHING like the pictures online. I understand that flowers will never look exactly the same but this has been happening for years to tons of different people and in all of her reviews she just makes it the customers fault. she charges full price while only giving 50% of the product. She keeps claiming ive paid 20 dollars less then what I actually payed but I have told her numerous times that I payed 55.

    We have spent a lot time with ****** explain her order in depth and down to the dollar. She ordered $35 in flowers, $15 in DELIVERY. The delivery money does not apply to the flowers it is a separate expense and a separate line item our website.  What we told her: You spent $35 on the flowers (not $55), after vase, greens etc we told you exactly what you received in flowers. We went through the flowers and counted the amount in dollars. I explained we actually overfilled this arrangement. We explained the pictures on our website is a representation of what the arrangement will look like, it wont look exactly like the picture because we are working with live product and they dont always have the same buds, length of stem, colors etc. At this point you started yelling at me saying you didnt get what you ordered. We again answered your questions explaining sometimes we have to sub flowers. In this case we subbed white cushion mums instead of white daisies. We explained and read the substitution policy on our website. At this point you starting accusing me of saying things that we never said and started arguing with us. We tried several times to keep the conversation flowing in a positive manner. Once you starting yelling at us, accusing us of saying things we never said, we could see the phone call was going nowhere so we kindly wrapped up the phone call. We do not deserve to be disrespected in that manner. Update: ******/****** you are the only one that has called to complain. Out of 600 orders over the last week, this is our only call with a complaint. Your first bad review had all the information from our phone call and you just changed it. She is at the point of harassing our store and making up lies, we have pictures to prove all of this. She got what she ordered.
