1 starWe hired this company to do an insurance claim on our property and what a mistake. We have had nothing but issues and constant headaches. They did shoddy work on our home and had caulking all over our brand new $35k windows and doors. Ruined all of our shrubs in the landscaping, destroyed our Boulder wall, not once but 2 times. Trashed our gas outdoor fire pit. Charged a fraudulent bill to our insurance company that was not authorized by us or them. They won't pay for damages, and want us to sign a confidentiality agreement to affect even our kids. They did crappy work and expect us to shut up. Then they had the audacity to put a mechanics lien on our home, and trying to control us. We have tried to pay then several times and Rick and his attorney would not accept it. I regret using them and being charmed by the project manager whom came off as a nice veteran, his name is Logan . What a mistake. It has been nothing but a nightmare and has caused me serious health issues because of all the stress that they have caused. Don't be fooled by all their 5 star reviews, which one is from Logan's wife. We were simply wanting them to remove the false carpentry bill and compensate for damages. That's all. Which if he was a stand up contractor, he would oblige to repair what his crew destroyed. BEWARE! I have several pictures and texts to prove his ugliness and unprofessionalism.Review fromScott C

Rick ******** was great to work with, and the quality of work was excellent. Rick was respectful, informative, and patient when the insurance company took longer than expected to pay out. I will definitely work with Rick and this company again!

I contacted Roofers of Minnesota after I noticed some wind/hail damage to my roof and siding. Rick Helgeson was able to assess the extent of the damage very efficiently and thoroughly and was able to guide me through the process of making the proper repairs as well as the insurance coverage. His teams worked hard to ensure everything was done properly and to say I am pleased with the results would be an understatement. 5 starsFive stars just do not seem enough. Roofers of Minnesota and Rick Helgeson deserve a higher rating! This was not a simple job as it was an older home with multiple problem areas that needed to be reroofed, re-sided and new gutters installed. Rick listened to what we wanted and made suggestions accordingly. His teams showed consistent, conscientious workmanship that paid attention to detail. It was not a quick job and they did not cut corners. They also cleaned up after each day’s work.
