      i am the Former European Editor of ******************** racing nordic for about 25 years total and nordic skiing and training for 55 years-******, ******, *******, ******, **. Time enough to gather a lot of expertise. I am an exert roller skier, doing it since **** and I train on them for 6 months every year. I bought classic roller skis, their house brand (Hule) because I read a positive review about them on their site. Within the first week, I noticed a MAJOR problem. The binding was set too far forward, not balanced or having a small amount of drop to the front, causing the roller ski front wheel to hang in the air when following through with my kick, instead of hanging downward so that the front wheel can guide the ski through the forward glide phase, providing zero control of where the ski goes. This caused me to have a major crash and serious injury requiring stitches and a month of healing. I notified PMW and they ignored me. It wasn't until the 5th contact where I threatened lawsuit until they finally asked for the skis back and reluctantly reimbursed me. I have tried to make it up to them by attempting to buy about $1,000 worth of products, giving them a second chance as a small company. They have canceled any attempts to do this. I bought a set of Swix C3 classic roller skis from elsewhere which have zero problems. Have 200 miles on them. Buyer beware from this company. They will unabashedly sell you defective products and fight you all the way when you prove it is defective to them, then cancel you when you try and give them a second chance. Seems very small minded. Go elsewhere. There are plenty others who sell nordic equipment with honesty.

      This is simply a dishonest complaint. This product has been used by multiple World Cup and Olympic skiers as well as hundreds of amateur skiers without issue. You contacted our store via phone multiple times and as part of the initial phone conversation were offered a full refund for a used product along with free return shipping. You subsequently placed two orders for a total value of $95 which were both promptly refunded. We had previously informed you that we would no longer do business with you and provided an explanation as to why. In the course of our original phone interactions, you cussed out at least three of our employees including a 16 year old high school kid. It was based on these extremely disrespectful behaviors on your part that we made the decision to no longer do business with you. We will not tolerate our employees being treated in this manner and stand by our decision to no longer do business with you.

       I am rejecting this response because:
       Absolutely false response. No cussing, period. Nothing but professionalism from me. They rejected any notion of refund until I had to threaten a lawsuit. Further, I was forced to pay for shipping back. No offer of paying for shipping, in fact it was rejected. Bottom line is that you cannot name ONE serious skier using this product because it is defective and dangerous. I am probably the best known WW skier you had using it and it almost killed me. If you do not come clean on this to the *** I might be forced to file a lawsuit to get you to change your ways. You are a dishonest company who does not care if you put out a defective product. -*****************
