Jon, the sales representative, stated a positive experience with this company. Jon was on time, exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable about the awning in which I was interested. He gave his presentation with no pressure and answered my questions professionally.
Chris and Jared, the installers of the awning, were on time, professional and very pleasant. They explained what they were doing during the process and instructed me on how to care for and use my new awning. The awning appears to be of superior quality and the warranty on the product is impressive. I am extremely happy with my purchase!Sunesta of the Upper Midwest

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of Sunesta products. The installer team Dan H, Sam O & John S were professional, fast and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate Jon K (sales consultant) was patient, honest and when presenting the product, he was down-to-earth yet professional. Their dedication to customer service truly stood out. Chris and Jared arrived when they said they would and proceeded professionally to install my new awning. They instructed me on how to use the awning and explained the paperwork that came with it.
