Low pressure sales pitch - John covered all our questions patiently.
Installers Chris, Jared & Sam were on time and polite. Did great job quickly and followed our instructions on adjustments exactly. Clearly explained how to operate the awning. Very happy with the entire process and result. Strongly recommend!

Chis and Jared installed our Sunesta awning on Saturday, June 22nd 2024. They were very prompt and professional which made us feel very confident in their ability to install our awning. When they were done they did a very nice job of showing us how the awning works. They answered all our questions and demonstrated the awning to be sure we knew how it worked.

Chris, Jared & Sam did an excellent job of installing our Sunesta awning.
I would recommend Sunesta of the Upper Midwest for an awning for your deck or patio.

Best Awning on the market with the best warranty. Both the purchasing and installation were great experiences. Purchase went smooth no pressure no hidden fees no surprises. Installation was on time and the installers were very professional and informative.

Very positive experience. Jon K did a nice job of explaining all options, giving recommendations and providing a very patient, no pressure sales presentation. Awning arrived on date provided and they were able to provide an install date convenient to our schedule. Chris and Jared did a great job on install, explaining all aspects of operation and putting everything back as it was when they arrived. We’ve used the awning a couple times and it has been a welcomed addition to our entertainment space!Sunesta of the Upper Midwest

Very good experience starting with the first phone call, to the sales rep John W, to the financing, and to the installers, Jared and John S. Jared and John S. did an excellent job with a somewhat tricky install. They showed me how to operate and explained everything well.Sunesta of the Upper Midwest

Got an installation date right away. The install crew Dan H., John S., and Sam O. were actually called ahead and came early. They installed our two awning in about and hour including a good explanation of awning use, dos and don’ts, along with recommendations on cleaning etc. They were courteous and thorough.

Curtis B.--Jared B. and John S. were great installers and on time! Explained things well and provided information on options for us to decide. Jon, the sales rep, was great too. Now let's hope the product lives up to the company documented material. Please provide some color options on the power cord, maybe start with black, brown.Sunesta of the Upper Midwest
