    They stole like 7 items for me. One item one of the owners talked down the value on the items so he could buy it personally. I still have 4 items I was never paid for which they said they have no record of. I have the auction pictures, and a copy of their written invoice.

    You can find some neat things at this auction. But for $455 auction as a seller they charged me over $70 commission, including a 'listing' fee. They never put the instructions for care of the knives that I included in writing. They gave me the wrong Date for the auction, so I could'nt check to make sure things were done properly. They argued over the quality of my brand new damascus blades with sheaths. The Quality of the pictures was very low. Taken From a distance and made the blades appear almost black, Very poor in detail. Out of ******* or so knives I had selected these for the quality of material and the beautiful detail. Which took months of research. Very little detail was evident in the pictures. The blades were freshly sharpened to a razor's edge and had been polished, and oiled. Then they never put the description of the knives which I had clearly written in the requested directions. Two staff members were openly belittling me and hostile when i delivered the items. 10 Damascus knives. One presented so poorly it sold for *****. It was a ****** knife. They never presented the sheaths in any pictures nor were they included in any desciption. Nice thick genuine handmade custom made leather sheath for each knife. Very poor Presentation. No professionalism. I was also told I would be sent a check upon the close of the sale. I did not recieve a check until over a month later. ...when I finally called. Signed, **************
