      On March *******, I had my taxes done at the Cupkie tax office at,************************************ which is a branch of the ******, ** office Box ,243 Because of an accident, it is difficult for me to travel, so **** *******, my nephew comes to help me pay my bills. After going over my taxes with ***** ****** **** the manager, I ask **** to pay the invoice which was a total balance of $370.27 due March 21, 2025. On our way home I ask **** to show me the receipt. I was surprised to see the figure $400. On the invoice, part way down is the figure $****** explanation as to what it is for. The following Monday I called the office, the secretary said she had no idea, ***** puts the numbers on. ***** was out so I ask to have ***** call me, as of yet I haven't. heard from anyone. Years ago, we had trouble with this same office when said they filed an amendment over an error in our taxes--was told they had filed it, after several weeks, I called the *** and they told me, no amendment had been filed. One day when I stopped in to tell them, *** could find no amendment. ***** was gone and **** from a Cupkie office was filling in. She immediately pulled my file and said, here is the error, I will file an amended form and mail it today. Several days later, I head from the *** with a correct amount due to me, the case was closed.
