    I sent Parts to cub specialties to be repaired. They never repaired my parts and refused to return my old parts. This is a *************** and I cannot replace these parts in any other way . The parts were delivered to the front desk area at 12:20 pm on 2/21/23 according to the post office. All I want is for them to return my parts. I dont mind paying return shipping. I cant figure out why in the world after numerous requests they will not comply.

    I've sent ****** numerous emails with the link to input his credit card information and he's yet to do that.

    So there's no way I can do anything until I get card info to complete the transaction.

     

    Maybe he'll reply to you.

    He lied.

    I have checked my email numerous times carefully including my spam folder, and there has been no response. Please have him send the payment information to: *****************************

    I will be monitoring this daily.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    With due respect, I have already checked back to all inboxes on my email from when we first discussed this issue, and found no email at all in order to follow up with this matter. Therefore, I request that the email be sent with the payment information (the link). However, wouldnt it be just simpler for ** to communicate via telephone so that I can provide you with the credit card information so the parts can be shipped?
