    Anyone considering building a home, steer clear. ************************* owns this business and operates under the Wausau home builders out of ***********. We had many, many issues working with ****. Complaints are numerous. Terrible communication, unethical, poor boundaries and failure to deliver promises made under contract. We walked on eggshells because he was so reactive to questions. He did not take us into consideration as homeowners. He did what he wanted. He will make promises, get you under contract and once under contract, he has very little regard for what you want or need. We had to follow up time after time and he would either ignore requests or respond with threats. At the end, he refused to warranty his work. He did not complete the job and instead, threatened to have his lawyers call us. No one ever called us. We would have been more than happy to share our experience. Save yourself the trouble. Find someone else and check out their references.
