Shotty service on **** ***** 2nd series. Half assed EVERYTHING! Painted over with no primer. Miss matched screws. Had to re-do everything. Very disappointed. Was expecting better work. Went to someone else to fix what they did and they were shocked at what ************* did as a restoration.

Home Concepts Remodeling (HCR) lie, cheat and steal. Their exclusive plumber ****************** (BSP) is just as crooked and incompetent. Dont make the mistake I made of trusting them. They will advise you to do what is most profitable for them.HCR installed overpriced crappy vinyl windows sold as "better quality than ********". The screens were so poor several had to be replaced during the initial installation. When I asked them to replace a poor quality and poorly installed patio screen door HCR suggested I contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. He knows full well the warranty requires a licensed contractor to install it and he is responsible for installation issues. They put in a used, dented, tiny top window door instead of the 50% privacy glass door they sold me.They lied about copper pipe not being up to plumbing code when BSP stole 80 feet of inch type L copper pipe and replaced it with cheap vinyl tubing. Then changed their lie saying copper pipe builds up sediment. Then lied to the inspector claiming the pipe removed was only 1/2 inch.In another contract to remove a weight bearing wall, they didnt bother to remove and reinstall the laminate flooring from that point to the wall. Instead, they shoe-horned it in without the proper padding beneath it. Now I have a dip in the floor, and toe stubbing heaving where they glued it down with weights that didn't hold.HCR/BSP downgraded my shower claiming the one they sold me wouldn't fit, after they had already demolished the old shower. That was a lie and they refused to give me any credit for the downgrade which also placed a thick wall in the middle of an already small bathroom. BSP installed two of the cheapest mini round toilets they could find. When I didnt accept it, HCR tried to claim the code required 30 inches in front of them. I looked it up and only 24 inches are required by code.On a high traffic stairway HCR installed the cheapest quality carpet available.
