1 starI purchase 2 colognes, a California King mattress and a pair of **** sneakers.The mattress got delivered and didn't fit on my bed frame. I paid $1300, which includes shipping for the mattress. I called cust serv and they told me the mattress was not refundable and could not exchangeable. got on the phone and threatened cust serv. and they said ok we will take it back with a shipping fee plus restock fee. the total to return the mattress was 485$ un believable. disgrace cust serv, price gauging and fraud. rip offs the worse ever I purchased a pair of **** sneakers. when they were delivered they were cheap made and way to small. I put in for a return and got a credit, but they charged me $40 to ship them back. this is price gauging and is totally illegal. besides the fact they never adjusted the deductions from my paycheck bi weekly. I have written 3 e mails with no replies. I am beyond furious on how much they charged me between shipping fees. rip off.this is the worse illegal, fraud and price gauging company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. you pay triple than what they sell in the stores. disrespectful and a disgrace. I put a stop payment with my employer for future deductions.Review fromTyonna N

1 starI am in complete distraught. I ordered through purchasing power for the very first time, and must I say I never will again I ordered a 75 ********** I received the tv on 3/28/2025 which the box appeared fine. I wanted to wait till I received my tv stand to open the box. Its just me in my house hold the tv is way to big for 1 person to be handling also 1 person delivers my tv. But I opened the box on 4/9/2025 when I have my tv stand and also help to remove out the box only for me to power my tv on and my whole life fell in shambles my tv was cracked with many lines through it. I immediately started making calls and emails back and forth on the phone with ******* (manufacturer), purchasing power, even the delivery person to not get any accommodations or anything ***** down the drain on top of I see a technician who is telling me the tv will be estimated of a ***** repair, $2,000 is crazy they are taking the money from my checks, and Im just left to figure out whats next. I have track history of me emailing, calling pictures also a video of the technician stating this was obviously not my fault and etc and ******* warranty does not care if its physically damaged even if by delivery. I feel so played but I see more reviews of people who experienced the same Im ready to go to court I have more than enough evidence. Also I believe everyone else experiencing what I am we should get a class action lawsuit begin. I wont stop till I get a solution its just me this is causing me emotional distress.Review fromMario S

1 starI had an absolutely horrible experience with Purchasing Power and would never recommend using them for any purchasesespecially theme park tickets! I attempted to buy ***************** tickets, but due to a website issue, I was instead given tickets to ******************** completely different park. To make matters worse, they overcharged me an outrageous $1,800 for just four tickets!When I contacted their customer service to correct their mistake, they refused to modify, cancel, or refund the tickets in any way. Their stance was that all sales are final, even when their own system is at fault. This level of inflexibility and lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable.Not only did I pay an insane price, but Im also now stuck with tickets I cant use due to their refusal to correct their mistake. ***** this company at all costs! 1 starI purchased what suppose to have been a TENNIS BRACELET. When it arrived the diamonds were CLOUDY. I wouldn't have sent anyone an item like that. I might as well bought a CZ bracelet. So, I RETURNED it and Purchasing Power charged me $35.00 because I didn't want a CLOUDY bracelet. They said, "YOU DIDN'T WANT THE ******* NOOOO I wasn't giving that to anyone with CLOUDY diamonds and SUPPOSE to be a TENNIS BRACELET. I ordered a RING and the ring is BEAUTIFUL. SOME OF THEY'RE JEWELRY IS POOR QUALITY BUT CHARGING HIGHER PRICE FOR ITEMS. BE **** AND DON'T GET RIPPED OFF FOR RETURNING JUNK. This is just sad. I've purchased PLENTY of items in the past and liked those. They were better quality. Now I guess they've changed retailers and jewelers. DON'T PURCHASE JEWELRY AND HAVE TO RETURN IT CAUSE OF THEIR S**** UP. Apparently they DONOT check they're items before items are shipped. I will NEVER purchase jewelry from them AGAIN. P.S. 1 starI spent over a $1000 on a TV However when it was deluvered,I was out of town it was delivered on Wed, I got back in town Saturday evening. When I opened the box the TV was cracked.Purchasing power was already closed and they were closed on Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning. For them to tell me I had two days to report damages.I tried to explain I was not in town and had not been. And that Saturday was the first time I even saw the tv. Getting home. They informed Me that they could not send me a replacement and I was responsible for paying for it.I am so ****** I will never buy from them again Last month I ordered a mattress I never received after 2 months I told them to cancel the order because I was being charged out of my check for it.I had paid $286 out of pocket they told me they would send me a check for that amount Well after another 2 mo I call to see where my check is?They proceed to tell me, since I canceled my order, there was a cancelation fee of $250 plus tax. 1 starI purchased a 75 tv for my son as a gift. The original delivery date 8/23/24 the tv didnt come I had to call freight company to inquire they said the tv was lost. The tv wasnt delivered until 9/6/24. It was delivered by one old man and my son had to help him move it in. The tv screen was cracked when he open it the next day. I had to wait til Monday to connect with someone and they said it was over 48 hrs its nothing they can do. I have been getting the run around ever since oh and they charging me for a broken tv smh I just want the tv out of my sons house my refund back and Ill never order from them again scamReview fromDionne B

1 starI recently purchased a mattress set via Purchasing Power, a vendor that was provided by my employer. The mattress set was delivered and was used without any issues. I assumed the box spring was fine. After three weeks of use, I was awakened to a cracking noise under the bed. After looking under the bed, I discoveredthat the bed foundation/box spring had broken.I assumed the box spring was sound, however, why did it break after only three weeks of use?I contacted Purchasing Power and was told that they would not replace the damaged foundation/box spring, as it was delivered without incident. Their email response was perfunctory and dismissive. i was not allowed the opportunity for an appeal or any other ways to rectify this issue. I am dismayed and frustrated at the lack of consideration and customer service provided by ********************** to rectify this issue.Review fromAretha M

1 starOn 1/25/2024 I purchased a travel package through Purchasing Power and on 1/31/2024 I had to cancel it. The travel was to start on 2/5/2024. When I contacted the airline they told me that the first leg of the travel was refundable ($745.00) but the second leg was not refundable but I could get flight credit. ($150)When I contacted PP they told me that I could not be refunded or my allotment be changed to remove the $745. So I'm paying for something that I could not change or get my money back for. When I purchased it I thought I purchased the insurance but they are telling me that I didn't. I think they are really s******* people out of money with this practice. I wont to know how I can get this $745 taken off of my order. Why am I paying for something that I cannot use. I need someone with higher authority to give me an answer.Review fromDeajule J

1 starI have used purchasing power in the past. The first time, I worked for a different company that allowed us to use purchasing power as a perk. This second time around, I now work for a different company and wanted to try purchasing power again. I placed an order on Nov 23, 2023. I wasn't told that I had to wait a certain amount of time to order, I went through with the order process and was even charged an over the limit fee ( it was taking from my acct immediately) $143.00 I received an email stating I had incomplete information. I called multiple times, not even able to understand the reps( ******** barrier) after a week of calling trying to resolve the issue, I was able to talk to someone. She basically told me that I had two open accounts that needed to be merged ( nobody told me that) and it would take **** business days to rectify. She also told me that my $143 would be reversed back to my account. This would all take place by December 10. I was told the order would be cancelled and then I could reorder. Fast forward, I tried to log in and my credentials don't work. I also received an email stating that the order won't cancel until the 23rd of Dec. I placed the order with hopes to replace my bed, I removed my old bed to make room for the new one, and now I don't have a bed at all. I want to know why my order wasn't scheduled to cancel until the 23rd when I was told it would cancel well before then. I'm still waiting on my reimbursement and now I have to take another route to get a bed for myself. The rep was not compassionate at all. She almost made it seem like it was my fault for being upset I didn't get my items I ordered. I still don't think it's fair to deduct money from my account if the purchase was not completed. This experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won't ever order from them again.Review fromNicole R

1 starHave used this service several times with no issues until now. Purchased a product for over $500 and they sent me one that can not be used in the ** and will not even exchange it for the right one. Said that the exchange policy is 30 days and it has been exceeded. Product was purchased in May of 2023 as a birthday gift for December of this year 2023. Now qe are out the money and have a product that can not even be used except to collect dust. They were not willing to even try to resolve the issue.
