I purchased a desert eagle .357. I knew it was a smaller caliber then its known for but I had no idea all the issues I was in for. I've tried every kind of ammo, had it professionally cleaned, purchased multiple different replacement magazines and taken it too multiple gun smiths. It has never been able to load the next round into the barrel. I have to manually c*** the gun after every shot. I deeply regret purchasing this firearm. I collect firearms along with my father and this was the most expensive and most regretable purchase either of us have made.

I ordered a custom Desert Eagle on 02/28/2022. It has almost been a year and my purchase is not completed. After going back and forth with the customer service representative, *********************, about what the lead time was when I made my purchase, I decided to cancel. The issue is that Magnum Research is charging me (and other customers) a 10% "Restocking" for canceling our orders. How can they charge us a restocking fee for a product that was never built and provided to the customer? What's more, the amount of my fee is $436.50 which includes shipping as well as any taxes paid. How are they restocking taxes and shipping? I am requesting that the "restocking" fee be waived and that I receive a full refund. I never received my purchase, their is nothing for me to return that is what a restocking fee is supposed to be. If you Magnum Research just wants to charge a cancellation fee, then they should start disclosing that on their website.
