    Id give it 0 stars. I have never had such a horrible experience at an Ace Hardware. I have been construction for 30 years and have worked all over the cities. I have been to many Ace Hardware stores and have never had any experience like I have at this store and it wasnt just once Ive had multiple bad encounters here. . I get coupons in the mail. They refuse to take ace coupons. The Project I had is a big project In *********. I need some things but wasnt sure what would work so I asked ahead of time if there would be any problem returning some items I didnt need and they said no problem. when I came to return the items they told me they werent from their store and they would not return them even though I had the receipts. they acted like I had stole the stuff and were trying to return them. I will not go this store again for anything or any reason and Ill be working in town for at least the next 6 months. This store is horrible. I will definitely be using sausers hardware from now on for everything I need. Or drive to a different Ace Hardware
