    2-7-05 mr ********************** attempted a repair of the ice maker on my jenn aire refrigerator and their repair lasted for 2 weeks and then failed. i've tried to get mr ********************** to honor their one year waranty and re-repair my unit. but they don't return my calls and emails and made no effort to fix the problems.

    We called out on to the customers address on ********. Complaint was ice maker stopped making ice.

    Tech was on site almost 90 minutes. He discovered the water supplier tube had come disconnected. (An ice maker can not make ice with no water supply.) He reconnected and secured the water tube and verified water was getting to the ice maker.

    He noted that if the ice maker did not begin to work then she would need a new ice maker.

    He was back at the address on 2-26-2025 and informed the customer that they did need a new ice maker and they declined the repair. No new ice maker was installed on 2.26-2025

    (This refrigerator is over 20 years old. Average life span of a refrigerator & its parts is ***** years. This unit is over 20 years old)

    His first call was on the water tube had become disconnected and he fixed that problem on 2-7-2025

    The second call was the ice maker was now not working and he was on that 2-26-2025 and the replacement of the ice maker was declined by the customer.

    There is no warranty. The repair of the disconnected water tube was fixed and was still attached on 2-27-2025. The attachment of the water tube is the only service we provided that was under warranty.
