      Dearborn which is under Kaplan is awful. Especially when it comes to their partnerships with Schools to sell books. They will take a Textbook out of print without warning their partners. The textbooks will go from taking 1 day to ship to 5 days to ship with no warning or explanation. Everytime I call customer service, the representative is rude, does not listen and asks for me to repeat the same information over and over, they have attitude and do the absolute bare minimum as far as providing information or updates. They act annoyed that one called. Also the hold times are awful. I would not recommend partnering with their school at all and would cut them out of the pie entirely - They offer an the bare minumum when it comes to their system and their customer service is rude when you get a hold of them. They will only address certain major requests by mail and they take 2 days to respond just to say nothing.When we take students payments to extend their course access that take 2 days to apply it. It's a horribly run business and you can tell Management and therefore their employees do not care. They seam to be pompous and not helpful when anything is needed. I really dread having to reach out when their systems fail our customers because I know it's going to be headache and likely lead nowhere. Their partners end up paying for their mistakes.
