    I have been in discussions with *****, the owner of Kustom Innovations Llc, regarding a project since October 2022. In good faith, I paid him the required deposit in February 2023, on the very same day he requested it. This project was initially described as a small job with an estimated completion time of 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, my experience from that point onwards has been highly disappointing and frustrating.After ***** cashed the deposit check, the project took a sharp turn for the worse. I encountered a series of issues, including unreliable communication, unmet promises, and a total disregard for my time and schedule. There were instances where I rearranged my schedule to accommodate his promised arrival, only to be left waiting with no sign of him.Furthermore, ***** frequently stopped responding to calls and texts, leaving me in the dark about the progress of the project. When he finally returned to finish the job on August 25th, I was unable to immediately meet him due to a prior business meeting. When I contacted him upon my return home around 7:30 pm to arrange for his payment, I discovered that he had removed a central drawer from the built-in as some sort of leverage. When I texted him, he replied done for the day.Despite my willingness to cooperate and provide ample opportunities for ***** to demonstrate professionalism and integrity, he persistently engaged in deceptive behavior and manipulative tactics. I find his actions to be unbecoming of a business owner and a breach of trust.In light of this experience, I strongly caution against engaging in any business dealings with *****, whether for residential or commercial projects. His dishonesty and erratic behavior make him a significant liability to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy services. My hope in filing this complaint is to bring attention to these issues and prevent others from encountering similar challenges when working with ***************************, owner of Kustom Innovations
