  I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience at your dental office. As a cash-paying patient, I was surprised and disappointed to be refused service after waiting approximately ten weeks for a routine dental cleaning. During my appointment, the hygienist suggested I seek treatment at a dental school due to my lack of dental insurance, despite my ability and willingness to pay out-of-pocket for the *********** a nurse practitioner student, I am temporarily without dental coverage, but I remain fully capable of covering routine care expenses. It was disheartening to feel that the offices focus may be disproportionately placed on patients with insurance. I have also been informed by a former employee that internal billing concerns with insurance companies may have influenced the decision to dismiss me as a patient.Regardless of the underlying reasons, I found the interaction lacking in professionalism and transparency. I hope you will take this feedback into account and consider the impact such experiences have on patients who are committed to maintaining their oral health, regardless of insurance status.

  I recently had an estimate for 8 fillings. I received a bill for $50. A few days later I received a bill for $250 for the fillings .I asked a question about the office o social media and received the following reply. A woman told me that she used to work at Bokger Dental. She told the dentist 4 times that he was pulling the wrong tooth. She found out later that he did this on purpose so he could fit the patient with an expensive bridge. She also told me that the dentist was unethical.
