Do not hire this company. They said they would rebuild our house after the fire and promised 6-9 months. Fire was jan 8 2023 and we are still waiting for them to finish. Put in sub quality windows after saying they had the good quality. All the windows and doors had to be reset because they were installed wrong. Replaced our dormer then did not water proof it so it ruined probably 10,000 dollars worth of finished sheetrock and insulation, then said it was my fault. Said they would use builders trend for schedule but never did. Owner didn't answer emails even after promising we would not be disappointed in hiring them. House would sit for weeks with nothing done because of how they pay sub-contractors. Still have smoke smell in use because they didn't neutralize odors. Some of the sub-contractors were just sloppy and lazy in doing their work. Really sad they couldn't deal with the project the way they promised. thanks

I find it interesting that I have never heard from them on any issue on this project. Also, the fact there is a large amount of money stilled owed to us on this project.
We signed a contract in Feburary and the insurance *** did not approve our entire scope of work and estimate until June. Final city inspection was on 3/7/2024. We did have some exterior spring work and some punch list items still to complete. But, we did this project in eight months. Also this customer added $40,000 of additonal remodeling items up and above the insurance repairs. Why would you add these items if we were so incompetent?
The windows were sign off and selected by the owner. They never brought up an issue with the quality of the windows to us?? These are much higher grade windows then they origially had. Yes, some windows were reset to insure they were installed correctly after our quality control inspection. And all windows are installed at a high quality level.
The water that got into the home due to rain that occurred during the dormer being built, everything that got wet was replace by us NO COST TO THE ****** We never said it was the oweers fault, that make no sense.
We have offered to respray basement to insure no odor. But they have brought furniture back into the house from the fire that is causing smoke odor.
We have & will stand behind all repairs. We have a large outstanding balanced owed to us on this porject. Once final payment is made we are willing to come back and address any and all warranty items.
