      We agreed to a specific, documented residential renovation project. While some of the work was being completed, I was making installment payments per the agreement. After our last payment on 7/5/23, the work stopped. **** lied about the reasons for delay. I learned last week that he hasnt placed additional orders for the materials needed to finish the work. He either doesnt respond to my inquiries or stalls. No work has been performed for 2 months. Ive paid $77,600 but hes only completed $42,119 worth of work (according to our itemized agreement). I want my overpayment of $35,481 returned.

      ******************* the owner of MH3 has not finished our project that was supposed to be completed last year. He came out at the beginning of the spring season and did a few items and said the rest would be completed by the following week. It has now been six weeks and he has not returned calls, texts or emails regarding the problem. He has been paid for his services and refuses to finish the work. This happened last year with some of the items, but we had hoped he would follow through on the work he was paid for. One of his project managers, ******, also fails to respond to calls or texts. We just want the work completed and to make sure no one else gets stuck paying for work that does not get done.
