    I order the RestoreX device from ******************** on 11/19/23 ($603.00 total cost) and received it on 11/22/23. Upon receiving the device and trying to use it per the instructions provided in the package, I found that my stretched penile length was too small to fit the device. I called their customer support (****) on 11/27/23 to see about returning the device, and they said no returns were accepted. They stated that there was a clearly stated message on the order form stating the Minimum stretched penile length of 3.75 inches and Maximum Stretched penile length of 10 inches. This is not true and the message on the order form only states that the RestoreX device accommodates stretched penile lengths of 3.75 to 10 inches it does not mention a minimum or maximum. When I asked why they dont state there is a minimum and maximum stretched penile length on the order form for clarity, they stated they did not want to scare customers away. They said they would send out a user tip sheet (Rev. A 4/19) via email for a stretched penile length of 3.5-4 inches to see if that would help, but in my case it did not help but shows there are known issues with fitting the minimum lengths dating back to ******************************************************************************************************************* returns and sent out another copy of the user tip sheet and said they were unsure if it would be any benefit. They also stated the order form has notices on it for full transparency, but again there is no mention of minimum or maximum sizes. Although the order form does have a message for a no refund policy which they have also mention, I would not have ordered this device which I cannot use if RestoreX was clear and transparent on the minimum stretched penile length requirements.
