      We purchased a Sundance 980 Hot tub from performance pool in Waite park, Mn. Received 5/31/2022. Put into operation 11/2022. Since then we have had a major environmental problem with the water not draining properly from the cooler units. We came home from vacation and it smelled like sewage backup. Performance pool has constantly stated the techs are working on a resolution. We have our hot tub inside a room not outside. Spoke to them several times and we just want our $$ back so we can move forward. They are not helping us and we manually clean this section of the hot tub daily so we can use the room but not the hot tub Performance pool has ceased working with Sundance spa company and told by Tom, general manager/president of performance pool, Sundance or performance pool/ spa will not give us our money back. Should l call the state environmental group or can you help us resolve this.

      as stated before, we apologize for the experience you have had.
      Just by way of record; Performance has sent *************** technicians in an effort to  solve a heretofore unseen issue with your spa on 3 occasions. We have followed the manufacturers direction on each of the trips and as you recall at our last visit; having exhausted the incremental approaches of the manufacturer, we are left with a more robust repair option.This will involve some minor plumbing removal. Of course we would be happy to do this yet at the time, *************** declined the option.
      While we understand its been frustrating, returning a spa within a built in room is rather untenable and certainly more troublesome then comparatively minor plumbing reconfigurations.
      Please consider allowing us to perform what should solve the issue once and for all. We have ordered the necessary parts in the event you do.  
      In the meantime, to the concern on the still water, we have some simple solutions for that when you are available.

      HORRIBLE experience. PPS sent an incompetent service tech to do a simple sand filter change in March in an attempt to save themselves time at pool opening, even though I told them the ground was still frozen. I witnessed the service tech hacking at my frozen filter with a hammer and screwdriver. He broke all the equipment inside the filter. PPS would only offer me a 50% refund of the service and refused to cover any costs of the repairs. They do not answer their phones. This service was originally scheduled with Valley Pools & Spa in Hudson, WI. But PPS bought out Valley this year and texted the customers letting them know. Shame on me for not investigating PPS more before I gave them my credit card information. They have a terrible history of screwing their customers over. Avoid at all costs unless you want to spend hours trying to recover your money and end up in court.       horrible customer service again on a large job - they don't clean up after themselves, and they make you feel totally stupid. avoid if you can. Anything smaller, go with a smaller company that is family owned.

      We recently received your complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau, and we would like to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that you have experienced. At our company, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service, and we regret that we have not met your expectations.After reviewing your complaint, we have identified the issue and taken appropriate steps to rectify it. We would like to assure you that we have taken your complaint seriously and implemented measures to ensure that it does not happen again in the future. However, due to the timing and the amount of debris in the pool, it required more than just a couple of hours to clean it up. We explained this to you last year and this year when we discussed timing and pricing over the phone. You had requested that the cleaning be included in the repair of the cover, as the cover had collapsed and debris had fallen into the pool over the winter. This was not our fault. We did offer to clean the pool, but the timing was not suitable for you, and the amount of work required was more than just a couple of hours We appreciate your business and value your feedback, and we are committed to resolving any issues that our customers may have.       There was no offer last year, or this year, to help with clean up. In fact, you first noted you have no vacuum service, when I asked about it. Then you told me in a different text later that you are booked for the service until June. We are disappointed that you claim now to have offered to help. You did not offer that even in the message the indicated you did, indeed, do vacuuming but just are booked. It's sad to see the ongoing issues surface. We depended on you and you let us down.

      Completely incompotent, unethical and unprofessional. I gave them the correct dimensions for a pool cover that I ordered back in March. They misrecorded and ordered the wrong size pool cover. When confronted, they were unwilling to take a return, exchange or even give me a credit. Pathetic customer service. There a plenty of good pool & spa companies... this is not one of them. Avoid at all costs.
