      I have bought branded shirts from Merchology on a few occasions. In each case we received the goods in good order, on time and at a fair price. The process of ordering online was easy and we got precisely what we were looking for. They never disappoint us.

      We ordered embroidered backpacks from this company for a school sports team. From the initial reach out, to the design process, to the endless back and forth emails and to the final production and delivery we experienced exceptional customer service. Every interaction was prompt, kind, and helpful. The design team did a great job and the customer service team and production department went out of their way to ensure the product arrived before the start of the season. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for customized merchandise!

      I've purchase multiple items and times from Merchology with two different companies. What was impressive was their customer service and the quality of the embroidery. My polos and sweatshirts are great and we will be placing another order soon! Definitely recommend.

      Working with Merchology has been just what the doctor ordered. We were looking to get branded apparel for our team. We first tried to use references from someone in the office. After losing 1300.00 dollars and not getting anything. We decided to take this process a little more serious. This is where we should of came in the first place. Everyone can place their own orders and follow up with it themselves.
