They discriminate, make people feel inadequate and call people liars and stupid when they complain about broken HVACs and sewer backing up in the toilet issues as well as fowl orders and gas leak smells. Yet, they refuse to fix any thing. They just opened ******************** in *********, **. Their maintenance is not properly trained on these issues. If they were. They would fix these issues immediately. There is a hostile living environment there that management refuses to fix. Dogs not on leashes and owners not picking up their dog's p*** People are getting sick that do not normally get sick. These are elderly, disabled, and some are even vulnerable adults that they treat like c*** with rude attitudes, belittling comments. I know they did it to me. With the jobs I've had. I was required to learn about electrical, HVAC and plumbing. I am very educated on these things. I have had gas stoves, gas hot water heater and furnace. I know what gas smells like. This company has been complained about and even sued and lost. Why are they still in business?

Villa Springs apartments in ******* *****. Its turned to a crack box apartments due to management getting rid of people that turn in work orders or do surveys like myself. Several of the attendance and myself have went and spoke with management about crackheads staying in the vacant apartments, but they dismissed or accusations and the following week they burn the apartments down, They called me and asked me why did I give them a poor review from the survey they sent me and I asked them not to contact me or give my name, but they still did the police came from my daughter school, telling me that my daughter was sexually assaulted by the head maintenance son now they refuse to do any work in my apartment, and I have to move The maintenance has a scam going on with the management. They are the only contractors that work in these apartments but where is all the money going? If its not getting fixed up and theyre buying new trucks Ive lived here for six years. This is the first year Ive ever seen this happen since the new head maintenance has came in, they only use one company which is the company that they had maintenance husband owns I guess theyre keeping the money and buying new vehicles, while living in tax credit apartment together Im having to leave because they wont resurface the sink in the restaurant. They said I have to pay for it. *** never had to pay for a resurface, but if the maintenance says they dont even know how to put on a gasket on a fridge raider these are not qualify contractors

These people are the absolute worst. They are destroying my credit over a fraudulent eviction. I became disabled and could no longer live in their 2 story apartments. I said I needed accommodation to a 1 floor unit or I needed to be let out of my lease per the veterans with disabilities act. They agreed in person but then when it got back to their corporate they started harassing me and destroying my credit. Mind you I was only needing let out of my lease by 3 months. I wouldn't recommend these fraudsters to anyone. Total headache, especially with dogs owners had no obvious control over.

*******************, ********, ******* has raised the rent and added utility charges in spite of lease terms. This building was completed in November 2022, and rent has been increased effective August, 2023. Original leases indicated water and gas were included in the rent but management said this was an admin error. Essentially, in the course of six months, there have been three increments imposed on the tenants. Tenants were asked to sign an addendum that authorizes rent increases before the lease term ends. This surprise was given to me when I arrived to sign my lease. I had been waiting a year to move in and like most tenants that left their former home, had no where to go and felt compelled to sign. This is duress. ******************* is an affordable housing complex where the owners are receiving thousands and thousands of dollars in tax breaks to provide housing to at risk seniors, 62+. Most of the tenants are surviving on limited incomes. Did we know we were moving into a facility that can impose additional charges regardless of the lease terms? What is the purpose of the lease if management can blatantly disregard the terms? This is not a responsible community response by a major corporation that gets to save on taxes at the expense of vulnerable seniors. To prospective renters, be warned, affordable housing has unanticipated consequences when dealing with Dominium.

My office manager treats me differently than everyone else in the complex. She has made my life ****, and is now making me homeless, because I complained about her yelling at me.

Our building is run by Dominium, and we have lived here for 8 years. Residents have unanswered questions and unresolved issues regarding theft and vandalism. 247 units on site and non working security cameras - no on site security - no parking lot security cameras. Every weekend residents experience vehicle break ins. A couple days ago someone got into our storage unit with bolt cutters and stole from the units including 3 expensive bikes. An ENTRY door has been broken for literally years and anyone off the streets can come in. Which they do. Homeless individuals have slept in common areas. Catalytic converters stolen constantly. Busted car windows. Artwork created by residents stolen/vandalized. And the amount of mold within the building is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Dominium has done NOTHING to ensure the safety of residents.

I lived at *************** in **. I lived there 8 yrs, left on good terms. Went to visit my old neighbor. The parking lot is as big as a football field. I didn't take a prime parking spot out of respect for the residents. But I am disabled and was when I lived there( spinal fusion). THE MANAGER TOWED MY NEW **** ESCAPE, I PAID $200 TO GET IT BACK, THEY SCRATCHED THE BUMPER. AT LEAST **** WAS GOOD TO ME, NO CHARGE FOR DAMAGE, IT WAS LEASED, $400 DAMAGE. I HOPE THAT MANAGER GOT WRONGFULLY TOWED. I WILL MAKE SURE TO NEVER EVER RENT FROM DOMINION.

Dominium apartments. Management is cruel to the elderly, steals money from taxpayers, and has 81+lawsuits pending. But beware, if you win your case against them-they retaliate with evictions!
