    We had them install a walk in shower. The salesman demonstrated that it was not slippery. Well to me this is false. The floor of this shower tends to be very slippery. My husband fell in this shower a month ago. was not seriously injured but could have been. I find if I dont hang onto the grab bars I would also fall. Plus I have had them replace several parts of the shower itself. I have since asked them to put in a simple hand held shower but they have refused. The shower system that is there is plastic junk.
