      I stayed for the weekend for the first time WORST experience ever. Workers were very RUDE. I went to check out their were food and movie charges on my account that didnt come from me. They told me I needed to investigate and figure it out. I was flabbergasted. I had to go rummage through the trash to find receipts to prove I paid for my food right then and never charged it to a room. I asked them how was it even possible someone else were able to charge food to my room. Its my understanding you have to show ID! They took the charges off finally. The management said mistakes happen and I should just get over it basically. Due to the multiple fraudulent charges my account was over drafted and I was charged $25. I called to speak with the credit coordinator. Very rude women, she kept speaking over me, every time I would speak she would interrupt me and start speaking over me. All around bad experience I wouldnt suggest anyone use this hotel its really not worth the hassle. The room smelled of mildew I brought it to their attention I wasnt offered a different room just told ok. The toilet stopped working as well and we hadnt even used the restroom yet. Smh Ill be leaving reviews everywhere I can because nothing was resolved to my liking!

      First time ever visiting Mystic Lake Casino and Hotel. I wanted a short weekend away and booked a 2 queen room (10/13/2023) I was excited and looking forward to it but was unfortunately very disappointed. The room I got had dirty used sheets on both beds. The stains were yellow and red and placed right where someone's bottom might be.. also the bathtub was dirty nothing looked like it had been very cleaned. I called down to the front desk and a women answered the phone when I told her all she said was she would send up house keeping to change the sheets. When the housekeeper got to the room she told me it was high school students working and "you know how they are." She also told me she still had five other rooms to clean and was in a hurry. She informed me that they had run out of fitted sheets and so she would put a regular top sheet on the beds because they wouldn't have anymore until morning. Seems housekeeping is very short staffed and worked until burnout. (Higher boss responsibility and the one to blame) I felt bed for the poor housekeeper. I went to the front desk and explained my frustration with everything considering I paid a good amount of money and would expect to have a room that's clean enough to sleep in comfortably. The man at the front desk told me that it could be very possible they had run out of fitted sheets and there was not much they could do. He said he could offer me a new room but it would be in smoking i also paid extra $25 dollars for a one hour late check out and he said he would take off the charge. It was 2am at this point and I just told him I would take it because I didn't want the conscious of knowing I'm sleeping in a dirty room and bed. Just hope other paying customers aren't sleeping in untouched dirty rooms.

      They are extremely racist, basically screening them orders.Wont serve me on any bar and/or restaurant DESPITITE GIVING HUNDREDS AND TWENTYS TIPS!!!!Do not recommend Do NOT ADVISE OF YOU ARE WHITEVery very racial crown
