    Copper Creek Development sold the lots in our neighborhood to various developers but was the point of contact for the city of ****** to follow all regulations, negotiate services and pay a security deposit to the city for promised work. Part of the promised work was that Copper Creek Development was to complete the remaining work of paving the final lift of bituminous pavement for the street that the development was on (it was a new street, previously farmland). According to the city, Copper Creek Development has been negligent and non-responsive for the last 3 years as this project should have been completed in 2021. Now I have found that the Copper Creek website is "expired" leading me to believe they closed. The city of ****** is going to use the security deposit to fund finishing the road but will assess the homeowners if the project costs exceed the deposit amount. Having lived here for 5 years with a partially completed street, finding out that it is not getting paved until 2025 and I may have to pay for part of the costs is distressing. If this business is indeed still operating, please do not patronize.

    We closed on a home in October of 2021 in the Rosemount Dunmore residential development. Since closing, we've complained that the floor in the basement is uneven (you can feel cement mounds under the carpet. Because of the uneveness our basement bathroom floor (LVT) doesn't stick to the cement and rises and falls which will eventually lead to the flooring to come up. We have asked over 20 times to have this addressed. We were told by one of his employees that it is brought to the builder weekly (the builder is *************************) and **** ignores. A cement laying contractor needs to come out and have it inspected and **** is not moving forward in this process. We had a similar issue with the grading of our yard (the entire development did) and the city eventually had to get involved and used the escrow money to fix everyone's grading. I'm afraid this builder is doing very shady work and not being held accountable. We are not asking for money, we just want the building issues addressed. We brought them up again at our 1 year walk-thru and again, nothing has been addressed. I've emailed, texted, called, and left voicemails with no response.
