    Horrible company to deal with. Unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive. Would never recommend this company. Down payment till job was done was 6 months with many delays. Company did not communicate well about how the job would be done. Left 5 voicemails and never got a call back. Payment was requested before the guys were even done with the job. Refused to give us a discount due to leaving bad review. GM refused to call us the day the job was completed to discuss the overall project.Not worth the stress and hassle - would highly NOT recommend

    The information was that was posted was incorrect - customer signed up in May with a July completion date. Customer received and email July 19th explaining the process and that the setup and paving were on separate days. ******** requested for the driveway to be done in August and we scheduled her for tear out August 17th which didn't work for her and she asked for the 22nd. Unfortunately that didn't work for us because of the size of job so tear out was scheduled for August 31st. **** tried to reach out on the 31st but called the office line which is not maned during normal business hours . She was instructed to reach out to our scheduler ****** for any questions pervious to the start date. From July 19th on she was emailed 11 times with updates and responded every time with a positive response. From tear out we usual pave ***** business days which is close to 3 weeks (In out T&C). Her job was completed on September 31th because of a slight delay because of employee vacations and equipment breakdowns. We also have email proof that was sent to her multiple emails with updates on the issues we were having. **** started to request a discount which we denied and when I spoke to her she was rude and was not trying to talk through the problem. I ended up having to talk to the husband which was ended with him happy we were going to start the driveway the next day. After the job was paved and our crew was putting the final touches on the driveway ****** went the door to collect payment like we do with all of our customer s but was unable to make contact with the customer. She sent the final invoice through email. **** responded that wanted the discount before she would pay the bill so I responded we would not be giving a discount and our policy is she has to pay by 30day else a lien process would move forward. She responded that I was threatening her and to not communicate with he anymore . She proceeded to leave untruthful reviews and wont respond to talk through the issue to have it resolved. We followed all company policies that are clearly stated in out terms and conditions and have proof of all communication through email with date stated above.

    There is nothing untruthful about our comments or our view on this company. We had ****** out in April to give us a quote on the driveway, immediately we put a deposit down to get on the schedule which we did April 28th. We did not hear from the company for quite a long time so I inquired to see what was going on. They said they were busy and we would be scheduled and they would let us know. I had to follow up several times. We were then told July. I contacted them in June to ask if we could push to August because in July we were having our patio done and we didn't want the patio company to drive on a brand new driveway. I was told no problem. ****** contacted me via email and said August 17th and I asked if we could do one week later because we were on vacation. We then got scheduled for the end of August. Never anywhere were we told that this was a two day process within multiple weeks. For two weeks in August I left 5 voicemails - 2 directly to ****** and 3 at the main office. Never a call back from the office or ******. We were unclear what was going on. Then at the end of August a guy shows up early am and I walked out to ask him what he was doing here and he said he was here to start the driveway. First thing I did was tell him I was trying to reach someone for two weeks so he called the office and talked to someone. He cleared the driveway and left. Again we had no idea it was not being done that day. Nothing was explained about the process and when I inquired the company treated me like I was dumb and should have known the process. Then we were scheduled in September and got canceled a couple days prior because of an employee vacation. Then the following week we were told we were canceled again due to the equipment breaking which how can the equipment break when they couldn't do a job because the employee able to handle the equipment was on vacation. We were told as soon as the equipment was back up they would get to us but then "oh we have multiple jobs in front of you". Through this whole process we were also told the size of our job was so large that it was causing issues of scheduling. Our job cost $15000 when others are 2-3K. Doesn't make a customer feel good when they complain about the size for scheduling. The day the job was fully done, the crew was extremely rude, I tried smiling at them multiple times and they would just look at me and turn away. I went out once to ask a question and stood there for 5 minutes and finally had to interrupt them. The crew was not done and I got a text from ****** asking for payment and then an email. NEVER did she come to the door to ask for payment as the company had stated in their response here. I work from home and was in meetings for the afternoon and therefore neither my husband or I were able to even see the job before demanding payment.That afternoon I left a review and reached out to ****** and ****** as I had asked for a discount several weeks before. ******'s response was there would be no discount because I provided a bad review on their website. That day I asked him to call my husband so they could discuss the process and our disappointment during this process and he refused. He then kept messaging me via ******** and was upset with us. I asked to speak with management or owner since this is a family owned business and again he refused. He said he was the General Manager. As a GM - you don't call out a customer for leaving a review. It's our opinion and our experience with their company. Sorry if they cannot respect that. He tried to "text" my husband late that night to say if he wanted to talk to call him. Again as GM - pickup the phone and call your customer. That same day he threatened that if we don't pay the invoice within 30 days they would put a lien on our home. Wow - very unprofessional. As a customer we have every right to review a company and again I highly would not recommend this company. Within 15 minutes of my husband writing a review ****** texted telling us he wanted to talk about our untruthful reviews. Nothing is untruthful and it's sad that this company won't take responsibility for their actions during this 6 months. The driveway has spots that are not level and holding water, there are lines in the driveway. Had we known the difficulties of communication with this company we would have gone with the other quote we had to have it done in May. Very disappointing and very stressful dealing with such a difficult company. We are glad it is over and we will no longer communicate or deal with this company on any level. Again our opinion and our story of this is as truthful and our experience and the company will need to accept that.
