      They do not pay their vendors. Been waiting for over a year for payment. Do not use!

      This job (getting a pool) has been a nightmare since they got their first check. From scheduling or needing help from my husband the entire way through. They finished the pool in the winter but left the cover off until spring until one of my children and cat fell in. Then they made it a priority to put the automatic cover on. It had a leak for quite a while but the company refused to acknowledge it and we had to threaten we would hire someone to come out and look and send them the bill for them to finally make us a priority. Still waiting for them to close the pool and keep getting pushed aside. Having to heat the pool until they can make time for us. The owner changes or makes rules to the agreement every chance he can get. He has horrible bedside manner. I think a lot of it has to do with the money we spent or lack there of. I would pay 3x the amount we did just to go with a different company.
