      Very professional and great communication. It was a few week wait between the post installation and the vinyl fence installation. Knowing the timeline from the beginning set our expectations. The final cost was very similar to the estimate.

      Northland Fence was great from start to finish! Their communication is top notch, and their quality delivery at the estimated price met our expectations.
      The process for our fence started in September and the final pieces were installed in October of 2023. The sales person that came out to measure was very knowledgable and helped us with key decisions to make, design considerations, provided an accurate estimate (did not very much to the final invoice), and prepared us with what to expect for next steps. We were impressed with their warranty!
      The scheduling team was super flexible when we had to continue to push our date due to delays with other contractors we were working with and once we needed to get back on the schedule, they were able to accommodate quickly.
      The two crews that came out to install the fence (the post crew and the panel / finishing crew) were both on time, met with me to explain what would be completed that day, did what they said they were going to do and checked in at completion to remind me of next steps. The fence looks great!
      All the employees at Northland Fence were helpful and courteous. If they didn't know an answer to a question, they committed to get back to me and they did.
      I highly recommend Northland Fence.

      Northland Fence exceeded all expectations, delivering an outstanding fencing experience from start to finish. Communication was a hallmark of their service, and their estimators showcased remarkable proficiency in guiding me through the fence installation process.
      During the initial phase, which involved the removal of our old fence and the installation of new posts, the Northland Fence team displayed exceptional attention to detail. A comprehensive walk-through preceded the work, and each step was discussed thoroughly. Before commencing, we jointly inspected the planned fence line to ensure it met our expectations. I must commend them for their flexibility in accommodating unique features like a window near one of the house's protruding posts, ensuring a tailored installation.
      Upon the completion of Phase 1, we received a follow-up communication informing us that our order had been transmitted to the installation team. They assured us of their punctuality, with a commitment to meet, if not surpass, our set installation date.
      The installation team arrived today, a week ahead of our scheduled date, and worked efficiently to set up our fence. Their dedication to delivering a hassle-free experience was evident as they began around 9 AM and wrapped up by noon. I'm absolutely thrilled with the final result, the quality of the installation, and the overall process with Northland Fence. It's evident that we made the right choice in entrusting them with our project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

      My HOA's landscaping contractor damaged two vinyl fence slats. Matt from Northland Fence was adjusting my neighbor's gate when I asked him to assess my damaged slats when he was done with my neighbor's gate. He replaced the slaps immediately, at no cost to me because of their great warranty. Thank you Matt for your prompt and courteous action.

      We have used Northland Fence for both of our fencing projects. The first one being our three rail ornamental fence... and we just had them do a privacy fence. Matt, Andre and Hunter did excellent work on the latest project! Both were done exceptionally well from start to finish. From communication, project updates and their professional & friendly staff, I couldn't imagine using anyone else and would refer them to anyone I knew who was looking to add one.

      I appreciated how easy it was to work with everyone at Northland Fence. From the field sales, the sales team in office, the drive team, and the installation team, it was all a smooth process.
