      Absolutely Terrible! I have properties I look after for my job. I had Clear-point look at a few roofs for me. They tried to say that they all had hail damage from the storms here 2 years ago... They wanted to turn them all in for insurance claims and Definitely maxing out the claim maximum to optimize profits while raising peoples insurance rates...... Just a Roofing Company gone Wild! Didn't even want anyone else bidding on the jobs, even though its a requirement by law for insurance claims. Very shady, untruthful, pushy, and Definitely not honest! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

      In 2019 we contracted Clear Point Construction to replace our roof and siding. Our sales person Eric ******* was great, he spent a lot of time with us picking out materials and colors that would look good on our home. The roof turned out good, no complaints. The siding has been a disaster, They been out 7-8 times for our siding falling off, waviness and warping. As I write this it's been 3 years of head aches with our siding. During this time Eric was our go to, he then handed us off to the President of the company Aaron Pederson. Dealing with Aaron has been nothing but a joke, he keeps giving us the run around on fixing our warped siding. It's one excuse after another with Aaron Pederson and he's the president? The siding we originally picked out was highly recommended by our local lumber yard, Aaron recommended their siding, which was clearly a lesser grade for the same $$. I filled a complaint with the BBB, they said they couldn't reach Clear Point. Clearly a fly by night construction company in Alexandria MN. Buyer beware!!
