      Safelink is no longer a company that values ******** customers. ***** SYSTEMS is within *******, but they have no care for resolving legitimate issues. I was expecting ************* and Service, but what I could was misdirecting transfers, agents hanging up on you and even being yelled at for inquiring about technical support help. The only support contact is located within ***************. I don't mind where the outsourced company is, but I Do mind how effect that service is. If I could give a Negative rating on this I would. And to anyone reading this, I want you to know that this 'review' isn't impulsive. This issue is with a replacement phone that I've had for 3 weeks and I have been asking for help since the 3rd day of having the 'refurbished' phone they sent me. This phone will not complete the System Setup or System update that is requested by the phone a few times everyday. So I can't use the phone.

      Their customer service is horrible they do not speak clear English and anyone elderly has a hard time understanding what they are agreeing to.

      SAFELINK CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO PEOPLE THAT CAN NOT SPEEK ENGLISH WELL, AND MY PHONE HAS NOT WORKED IN SEVEN DAYS EVEN AFTER ALL THE **** SUPPORT DID NOTHING IS WORKING AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD WE CAN'T DO THAT! I'VE HAD TO USE MY SISTER PHONE JUST TO TRY AND TROUBLE SHOOT MY PHONE. I AM DISABLED AND HAVE NO PHONE AT ALL, AND I'M GETTING NO HELP! I HAVE E-MAILED THE MAYOR AND THE GOVERNMENT ACP PROGRAM ABOUT THIS MATTER AND GOT NO RESPOND. THIS IS JUST FOOLISHNESS ON EVERY LEVEL HOW PEOPLE TODAY ARE BEING MIS-USED AND KICKED TO THE ****** MY SISTER WORKS AND NEED HER PHONE FOR HER SMALL CHILDREN, AND THIS IS A HOT MESS!!!!!!
