    So here I am arriving in *********** ******* vacuum pump gives out while Im just entering a parking garage. There was at least ***** ft of clearance. My truck slides down I throw it in park. I call these guys I explain the situation. As I am horrified to what has just happened. The guy shows up has me get in my pickup to steer it. He loads my truck in 10 minute & drives 10 miles to the dealership. He proceeds to tell me theres an up charge for being inside. Not one person mentioned an 700$ up charge until he already moved my vehicle. He acted like he didnt know it was inside like I had not already mentioned it 30 times to the call secretary. So they knew where it was & I feel very taken advantage of because my dad is a 25 year tow ************ talked to all the other tow companies in *********** & not one of them agreed with or said that they would charge anywhere near that much & that Id been ripped off horribly. To top it all off he even had the audacity to try & push a ***** $ tip off of me as if he didnt take advantage of me in dire need of help.
