  The service department is horrible. Their inspections are worthless and never the same even days apart. They will return your vehicle unsafe with more wrong than what your original problem. The service advisor feels women are beneath him and will be little you, and not answer your questions.

  We appreciate all customer feedback, but we must respectfully disagree with the statements made in this review. Our service team performed inspections based on industry-standard protocols and documented findings at each visit. Variations can occur when new issues develop or conditions change, but we do not perform inconsistent or "worthless" inspections, nor would we ever knowingly return a vehicle in an unsafe condition. We take the accusation of gender-based disrespect seriously and feel it's important to correct the record: at no point was anyone in our team disrespectful. Our staff acted professionally and calmly throughout the interaction, despite being subjected to aggressive behavior and inappropriate language. We have multiple witnesses to confirm this. While we understand that this situation was upsetting, personal attacks and false accusations are not acceptable and do not help reach a resolution. We encourage respectful, constructive communication, and we remain open to a civil conversation should you wish to revisit the matter.

  Immediately upon driving the vehicleless than a couple of miles from the locationI encountered significant instability. The vehicle was extremely unsafe to operate, and I narrowly avoided an accident before I was able to safely pull over. Multiple alarms and sensors activated, clearly indicating that the vehicle was unstable and not ************* addition to this, I have received three different and inconsistent inspection reports, raising serious doubts about the accuracy and reliability of your assessments.Throughout this process, I submitted several questions and concerns, none of which were addressed until my husband intervened and repeated them on my behalf. I find it troubling and unacceptable that communication was directed to him rather than to ***** owner and primary point of contact.Furthermore, when I initially brought the vehicle in, I clearly stated that the flex pipe was broken. My concern was not about the vehicle being loud, but about a known mechanical issue. I do not feel there is any way to resolve this as you will never admit your fault or mistreatment. I do not wish to ever bring my vehicle back so you can wreck something else.
